ABOUT ME

I am Miguel Ramirez. I am a descendant of Guatemalan, Puerto Rican, Taino Indian and Mayan heritage and the son of a legal immigrant who became a naturalized citizen. He realized the American Dream and taught me what a privilege it is to be an American. I am proud to be a father, a husband and retired Marine and Army veteran with a 20-year career fighting for our country and the freedoms that define our society. 

I now aim to channel that same love of country and dedication into bettering the community I call home. As a housing manager, I know firsthand how difficult it is to find affordable homes in our Borough and it gives me great pleasure when I can help a family find one. I want to extend that same care to all residents by listening to your concerns, advocating for progress and improvements within the Borough, and promoting a spirit of community. 

I'm not a politician. I'm your neighbor and a Borough resident. I see problems and I seek to solve them. If elected, I'll fight to solve the issues that you think are the most important to our Borough.
